What information do we ask for?

For a gift proposal, we ask for your name, email address and gift preferences. For a business request, we also ask for your business name; this is optional for a personal request. A phone number is optional. Please do not share recipients’ addresses or other personal details in the initial form.

How do we use it?

We use this information to assess your request, contact you and prepare a proposal. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing. Where applicable, we process information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract or for a legitimate business interest.

Who do we share information with?

Information needed to prepare a proposal, such as quantities and personalisation preferences, may be discussed with a potential supplier. Recipients’ details are only requested when needed for an agreed delivery. Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf.

How long do we keep it?

Requests that are declined or do not proceed are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact, unless a specific reason or legal requirement makes longer retention necessary. Other statutory retention periods may apply to contracts and accounting records.

Which cookies do we use?

This version does not use advertising or analytics trackers. A necessary session cookie protects the forms. Your gift choices and language preference may be stored locally in your browser. Contact details and free-text notes are not saved in the draft. You can delete a gift draft in the form.

Accessing or deleting your information

Email info@zemya.eu to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or to object to processing, where these rights apply. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. The responsible business is identified on the business details page.
